Wedding planning can be really stressful but Jamison made the whole process easy for us.
From creation of our timeline, to the day of the wedding, she was there with us every step of the way. One thing I learned throughout wedding planning is that a vendor needs to be responsive. If they are not, you should drop them immediately. Jamison was reaching out to us throughout the entire planning and was always super responsive. It really put me at ease and gave me confidence that our wedding will be perfect. All of our guests were raving about how our wedding was so well planned out and smooth. There are no words to describe how amazing Jamison is. From the moment I spoke with her over the phone to my wedding day she was so supportive and assuring of all my worries. She would respond right away to my emails and texts when there was an issue or change. On the day of, she took care of everything so much that I never worried about what was happening. She made sure I was her number one priority. She also made sure that we got to eat our appetizers and had plenty of water. When I was having major issues with my wedding gown she came in cool, calm, and collected and knew exactly what to say and do.
Her vision of how the wedding should go and how things should be set up is incredible. I did not have to do a thing in the set up; she handled it all. Everything looked amazing and better than I could imagine. Jamison will treat you like family and make the process feel less stressful. She knows just the right words to say to make a anxious bride not worry. Her answer was always “I got this, don’t worry.” I could not have had the wedding I had without Jamison.

There is no one better than Jamison! When we hired her in 2019, we had no idea how much we would need her. She guided us through the rescheduling process and kept us sane as all of plans shifted. We really loved working with her. She’s so organized and knows what she is doing. I dreaded wedding planning, but she made it so much easier. When we did not know what to do next, she was right there with a helpful checklist to keep us on track with planning. It was such a huge help to us that she knew most of our vendors and took the lead on keeping them updated with the timeline. I think the wedding day went so much smoother because she was there and kept everything on track. Our family and bridal party really liked her and appreciated her direction throughout the wedding. Everyone, especially my husband and I, just loved her. We hired Jamison as a day of coordinator but she was responsive even earlier than the weeks leading up if we had any questions. We also had access to the aisle planner tool throughout the planning process which made things very easy to track and transfer to her. The rehearsal and day of the wedding went so smoothly. I even found out the day after the wedding that there were delivery issues with our porta-potties but on the day I had no idea because Jamison took care of it. All we had to focus on was just enjoying our wedding day. Would definitely recommend!

I know that many people question if they need a day of coordinator or planner, but my wedding day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Jamison and her assistants. I was so stressed the week of the wedding, but the morning of the wedding I felt relaxed and relieved because Jamison went above and beyond in making sure my day was going to be perfect. She made sure all my vendors knew where to be and what time. She made sure to decorate everything, checked in to make sure things were going on time, she always checked in to make sure we were all okay and if we needed anything, the list just goes on. Jamie made our wedding so special and easy. At times it was so easy we thought we were missing something but everything was taken care of. Jamie is very responsive and helped coordinate all of our vendors. She really made it easy to focus on our special day and she took care of everything. Luckily weddings are a one time thing but if I would ever have to redo it I would pick Jamie over and over again. If I could give her 10 stars out of 5 I would. She is absolutely amazing!

Jamison is a dream to work with!! Coming from someone who works in PR and Events I worried about giving up control in the planning process but boy am I glad we found Jamison! She is professional and has a passion for weddings that radiates and is contagious. As a COVID bride with a postponed June 2020 wedding and a change of venue (less than two months before our big day!) Jamison helped bring our June 2021 dream wedding to life at Los Robles Greens and we are so beyond grateful. She thinks of everything, wrangled a large bridal party, assisted vendors who had never worked at this venue and was a calming presence throughout the day. I cannot recommend her highly enough. To quote my mom, "hiring Jamison was by far the best money we spent for our wedding." She is the best!!!

Covid made it a tough time for weddings and through it all Jamison stayed cool and calm as we were all freaking out with the multiple postponements and problems with vendors. Then a week before the event we had a major problem with the tent vendor and she made it work well again. Jamison is a great wedding planner with a wealth of experience and knowledge and will bring great value to any wedding. You really don't know what your a going to run into or what detail you have not even thought about but she will get it planned out with lots of phone conferences to go over everything in the attempt to get everything perfect.

Hiring Jamison was 100% the best decision we could have made for our wedding. No only did she pull off the most beautiful and well run wedding, but she supported us as a friend the entire process (2 postponements later!). She was an advocate for us when we were unsure what was normal for vendors and she was our cheerleader the whole way through. After our wedding so many people came up to us as well to tell us how awesome she was! I mean we already knew how great she was after working with her for over a year, but she made an impact on our guests and family after only one day! Jami’s in-depth experience as a planner and manager made her advice so accurate – alcohol calculations, cake recommendations, signage, floor plan, timeline (all vendors appreciated how detailed she was), flower set up, etc. Everything suggested was priced within budget and aligned with our vision – the woman knows her stuff!!
As a bride it feels impossible to give up control but Jami pulls everything together smoothly so you, your groom, and family can relax and party it up. We planned our wedding from a completely different state and Jami managed to make it a pain free process.
She had a such a quick response to me and our vendors. If someone didn’t get back to us, she provided even more incredible alternatives. Even our family members (who are hard to please) raved about how she made every detail perfect. She helped make our idea for a food truck a total hit!
On the day of she kept things on schedule. When bridesmaids were being a little hard headed or my dress got snagged, she was there to save the day. We were so lucky to have a wedding coordinator who cared about our wedding day as much as we did.
The California fires threatened our reception space - within 2 days we had to decide if we would need to relocate and Jami already had SO MANY options (confirmed and on budget) lined up. Our venue was left spotless thanks to her work and we received our full deposit. There is no wedding hiccup she can’t handle.
If you want to be able to just enjoy your big day and look back on the wedding of your dreams, you’ll want Jami on your side. Jamison Events IS HEAVEN SENT!

Jami was on top of things! Going through a wedding is so stressful and having her there, I (bride) actually enjoyed my wedding... I got to enjoy the moment (especially at the reception) rather than worrying about every detail (believe me I'm all about details). I met Jami and I knew we were in the same wavelength, that's why at my reception I trusted her judgement and i was blown away when i walked into the ballroom. What makes a great wedding coordinator is the ability to alleviate stress, someone who will always have a back up plan and will execute it smoothly... and that is Jami no doubt!! Jamison was so much less expensive than other coordinators we spoke to while planning our wedding that we weren't sure what level of quality we'd get - we just knew that we liked her and she was super friendly and easy, and she won us over. Then when it came time to actual planning and design, she was fully on it, all of her recommended vendors were incredible, and it all just seemed like she had already filtered through everyone to find the best value florists, bakers, rental companies, you name it. On the day of, it went so smoothly and everything was so beautiful and elegant and she really understood the vibe of the day perfectly, it was really amazing because of her. I can't say enough about Jamison Events and her staff. Hands down the most amazing experience. There are not enough stars to give in this review. I started the planning of my 1920s / Great Gatsby wedding a year and a half ago. I came to Jami with my ideas and vision. From day one she was able to help with my budget, venue, great referrals for vendors (she knows everyone) and even ideas for decor. I am very hands on and she let me take the reigns where I wanted. Throughout the process she was always available and never let me feel alone or lost she would always tell me "don't worry about that, we got this" and she was always right. I never once had to worry about anything. She helped me to make my themed wedding very classy and not costumey. She was always available to listen to my ideas and if she ever saw anything she thought I'd like or that would go with my theme she always right away got in touch with me. Leading up to the day the rehearsal is where I really got to see her experience and knowledge in action. I had a big wedding party and she was able to get everyone together, focused and on point with in a short amount of time. Leading up to the day of the wedding people kept asking me if I was nervous and my answer was always no. And I wasn't, because I knew I had Jamison there and it was going to turn out perfectly no matter what. And it did. She kept our wedding on schedule, everything moving and made sure we didn't miss a thing. I had a ton of decor and she made sure everything got out where it needed to be. She's so calm and can handle any crazy personality. Going forward I would never let any friends get married without hiring Jamison. She's a life saver and will make sure you have the wedding of your dreams.
